Van Loc: Good afternoon, Vietnam!

The Vietnamese sub is one of those things I have known about for years, but have never gotten around to trying. When I’m craving Vietnamese for lunch I usually stick to pho, salad rolls and noodle bowls, but while I’m glancing out a window from a restaurant in Chinatown, I always see a sign for Vietnamese subs and think, “I must try one of those.”
